The Nike + Sport kit allows you to track your pace, distance, calories burned, and elapsed time with your iPod Nano and Nike + ready running shoes. About the Nike + Sport kit:

• To get started, simply place the sensor into your Nike + running shoe or into a secure sensor holder on top of your laces, plug the receiver into your iPod Nano, and start running. The sensor wirelessly transmits your pace, distance, calories burned, and time elapsed and provides audio feedback via your iPod Nano while you train.
• Sensor is waterproof and durable
• Receive accurate pace and distance information anywhere, indoors or out
• Stores your run data and automatically uploads your runs to Nikeplus.com when you plug your iPod in to your computer
• Nikeplus.com allows you to join the world's largest running club, charting your progress, mapping your routes, and connecting you with friends
• System requirements: An iPod nano,Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later, Windows Vista, or Windows XP (SP2) Home or Professional, Internet access to connect to Nikeplus.com
• Please note: this kit is only for use with an iPod Nano. Other options are available for iPhone and iPod Touch. Nike + does not work with iPod shuffle.
