BoldRunning Spring/Early Summer Training Program 2012

  • 13 weeks of training starting March 19th.
  • Two Free Weeks starting March 5th.
  • BoldRunning's version of The Amazing Race as a Kick-Off Event March 10th from Boulder Running Company!

Train for the BolderBoulder 10K:

  • Train towards the BolderBOULDER 10K or use this as base training as a stepping stone towards a half or full marathon later in the summer.
  • Training schedules co-developed by 1993 World Marathon Champion Mark Plaatjes and BoldRunning Director Ewen North.
  • You can also use the schedules to help you towards a 5K or 10K goal, or simply to have fun, stay fit, and enjoy running this summer.
