We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and stand behind the products and service we provide. Our merchandise can be returned to us within 30 days from date of original purchase for a full refund. To return merchandise, you may bring it back to any of our store locations or mail it to the following address with the return slip included in your original shipment:

  • Hang onto the original receipt and include it with your merchandise.  All returns will require customer name, phone number or email address.
  • Footwear, Apparel and Electronics should be sellable and have original boxes/packaging/tags
  • Unfortunately, we cannot return underwear, nutrition and magazines 
  • Refunds for returns made without a receipt will take the form of a store credit assigned to a customer account
  • We do not pay for return shipping, however your initial shipping cost (if incurred) will be refunded
  • We highly recommend you insure the package as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • As soon as we receive your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 4-5 business days for the package to arrive back to us, plus up to another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


For exchanges of merchandise that is defective or the wrong size, please call 1-800-807-6179 or send the request via email.  We will send you a shipping label to use to send back the original item. Once we receive your merchandise, we will send out a replacement item. You can also exchange items at any of our store locations. 


In-stock items will be fullfilled within 24-48 hours of order placement if an order is placed on a weekday. An additional 1-2 days are required for all weekend and holiday orders. Gift cards are mailed via the U.S Postal Service at no charge. We are also able to e-mail gift certificates to either the sender or recipient. If you would prefer e-mail delivery of your gift card, please select this method of delivery on the gift card product page.

  • Orders over $75 - UPS Ground shipping (FREE)
  • Hawaii and Alaska- $12.95 USPS Priority Mail
  • International Shipping- At this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States. 

***Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.


Tax is collected on orders (excluding gift cards) shipped to states in which we have associated retail stores. Tax is collected in Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Indiana, Kansa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

Common Shipping Questions:
  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  2. Does UPS deliver on a Saturday or Sunday?
    UPS does not deliver over the weekend. All orders received over a weekend will ship out immediately on the next business day.
  3. Will I be notified when my order ships?
    Yes, absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an auto generated email notifying you that your order has shipped, including a tracking number with instructions on how to track your order.
